The Fox B Bocal replaces the CVC and CTC bocals. The B bocal is standard for the Fox models 685, 680, 660, 601, and 460. The Fox B bocal helps favor the lower partials of the bassoon sound to produce greater depth, more power, and a lyrical, dark tone. Fox B bocals are available in lengths 1 through 3, with #1 being the shortest length. The B bocals are manufactured from nickel silver with silver plating.
