We accept instruments from individuals as well as schools for repair. Our team of dedicated specialists will provide you with an evaluation and an estimate before any work is done, communicate with you every step of the way, and make sure your instrument is fixed properly.
We generally expect about a 2 week turn around time for routine repairs and maintenance, however we are always striving to under promise and over deliver. It takes longer for more extensive work like overhauls. During the summer (May through August), these times increase greatly. If you have deadlines or time constraints, please inquire when dropping off the instrument. Full overhauls and major work will for sure take much longer than that.
Thank you for understanding that we cannot provide an estimate of work over the phone/email or without seeing the instrument to evaluate it. Estimates are not provided at the time of drop off, but rather we contact you with an estimate after the repair person has evaluated the instrument. If you have a specific concern that you would like addressed, be sure to clarify that when you drop off the instrument.
