This is a used Heckel bassoon, serial number 11826 made in 1972. In excellent playing condition and in good to very good cosmetic condition. Gorgeous, rich, core sound! Compact cut design in a nice nylon Marcus Bonna bassoon case. Highly desirable key work, including: rollers from whisper key to c-sharp key, rollers from low D to low C, alternate touch low C key. Has high D key and high E key. French whisper key touch, A-flat / B-flat trill key, rollers on right thumb B-flat and F-sharp. Absolutely gorgeous tiger striping and rich bordeaux finish.
