Oboe Reed #13 is an advanced reed that requires firm air pressure to produce its focused tone. As the middle sibling of the #12, #13, and #14 trio, it has the middle tip opening (open-) and has a bit more built in resistance. These reeds are ideal for those who play on reeds that are resistant but not heavy.
