Key Pad Paper

This paper, newly christened as key pad paper, is particularly absorbent, which makes it particularly effective for removing moisture from the space between key pads and tone holes. If your oboe or bassoon is making a gurgling sound on certain notes, there is water in your key! Be sure to swab thoroughly and use key pad paper to get the last of the moisture out. Otherwise, the remnants of moisture will attract more water.
