This is the Platinum Bag by Protec. This is case that holds the bassoon upright when putting it in the case and getting it out. Each of the pieces has its own compartment and there is a place for 2 bocals inside sleeves mounted in the interior of the case. It is a soft gig bag style. It can be carried with the built in backpack straps or by the handle.
