This is an oboe reed blank. It is not a functional oboe reed. You will have to scrape this item in order to make it work. It is not a reed yet. If what you want is an already functional reed, please purchase one of our other items (Oboe Reeds #1-15).
The Profiled blank has been profiled to rough-in the scraped areas. Clip the tip and finish the scraping to your desired thicknesses. This is also not yet a fully functional oboe reed. Scraping and knowledge is also needed in order for this to become something usable.
