Oboe Reed #7. 61% resistance/39% flexibility. Pleasant, flexible tone. String color royal blue. Tip opening: medium plus. If out of stock, try #8 or #9. Inventory updated daily. Returns & exchanges on reeds not accepted. Quantities limited.

The Oboe Reed #7 is third of the 5, 6, and 7 trio of reeds. They have overall a warm, rounded sound, and most of the variation is in their tip openings. The #7 has a the largest tip opening of the three, at a medium+, for players with firmer embouchures that prefer a reed that speaks easily.
