Oboe Reed #10: 64% resistance/36% freedom. Warm, focused, rich tone. String color is burgundy. Tip opening: open plus. If out of stock, try #9, #11 or #12.

The Oboe Reed #10 is a unique reed in the line-up because it has a more open tip, which provides much of the resistance of the reed. This reed is good for those with strong embouchures that may complain about reeds closing up too quickly.
